Obituary
On February 24, 2015, surrounded by his loving family, of Audubon, NJ. Age 89 years.
Beloved husband of 53 years to Mary Jo (nee Ruggiero). Loving father of Nicholas (Nicole) Bucciarelli of Hammonton, NJ and Amy (Anthony) DiSario of Mt. Ephraim, NJ. Devoted grandfather of Princess Giana Marie, Samantha, Angelo and Elizabeth. Brother of the late Daniel, Dorothea, Marie and Nicholas.
Sammy was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, proudly serving with Company B, 345th Infantry, 87th Division Golden Acorns under George Patton. He was a member of Murray-Troutt Post #262, American Legion, Audubon, NJ and VFW Post #1958, Haddon Heights, NJ. Sammy was also a longtime employee of General Electric, Philadelphia, PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family on Monday 9:00 to 10:30 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 250 White Horse Pike, Audubon, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM from St. Rose of Lima Church, 4th Ave. & Kings Highway, Haddon Heights, NJ. Inurnment St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sammy's memory to Murray-Troutt Post #262, 20 Chestnut St., Audubon, NJ 08106.
