Santo N. "Sam" Caruso passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026 at home in Haddon Township, NJ, surrounded by his loving family.  Age 92 years.

He was married for 71 years to his loving wife, the late Nancyanne Caruso who was also his best friend.  Together they raised six beautiful children who carry on both of their legacies; Jerry Caruso (Anne), Marianne Caruso, Sam Caruso (Rita), Daniel Caruso (Kathy), Joe Caruso and Matthew Caruso (Tina).  He is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Santo Caruso (Tracy), Kerrianne Caruso-Gazdzinksi (Ray), Christopher Caruso (Alison), Katie Caruso-Devaney (Mike), Biagio Caruso, Gabriel Caruso, Sebastiano Caruso, Francesco Caruso, Gianna Caruso and Natalia Caruso and 4 great grandchildren: Violet, Isla, Henry and Emerson.  

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, 10:30 to 11:30 AM at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, St. John Church, 809 Park Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 AM.  Inurnment Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sam's memory to Sacred Heart Church, 1739 Ferry Ave., Camden, NJ 08104 to assist in one year of education expenses for students at Sacred Heart School.
