On July 29, 2013, of Ocean View, NJ, formerly of Audubon, NJ. Age 65 years. Son of the late Russell W. and Bernice H. Kelly, and also predeceased by a brother, Timothy Kelly. He is survived by a brother, Mark (Karen) Kelly; nieces: Jennifer, Jessica, Kathleen, Kristina and Katie; and nephews, Kevin and Keith. Also survived by close cousins, Dave and Beverly Cockerham and many great nieces and nephews.

Scott loved the Lord, 29th Street beach in Ocean City, Christmas time, his beloved pets (Jack), his "House of God's Light" friends, reading and could debate politics with the best. His wit entertained many. He was a devout Christian, a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ocean City, NJ and previous member of 10th Presbyterian Philadelphia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, August 3rd, 9:30 to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, NJ.
