(nee Staudt) Suddenly on July 6, 2018, of Ortley Beach, NJ; formerly of Stratford, NJ.  Beloved wife of 65 years to the late George R. Meyer, Jr.  Loving mother of Sharon (Dr. Paul) Quintavalle of Haddonfield, NJ and George R. Meyer, III of Stratford, NJ.  Devoted grandmother of Jodi (Matt), Beth (Justin) Lori (Kate), Scott, Alexandra and Geoffrey and great grandmother of Brady, Allegra and Riley.

Raised in Belleville, NJ, Shirley was a devoted parishioner, former vestry member and active in weekly Bible study at St. Elisabeth Chapel in Ortley Beach.  She was also a longtime member of Nutley Chapter #121 O.E.S., Nutley, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday 10 to 11 AM at Grace Episcopal Church, 19 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, NJ.  Burial Rite & Holy Eucharist will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Interment private.

An additional Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 1st, 11 AM at St. Elisabeth Chapel By the Sea, 7 Third Ave., Ortley Beach, NJ 08751.  Time to visit with the family and refreshments will follow in Fellowship Hall.
