On June 26, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Age 88 years.
A lifelong resident of Collingswood, Shirley was a loving homemaker who adored her family. She especially enjoyed holidays and time spent with family.
Beloved wife of the late Edward L. Murphy. Dear mother of Steven (Lynda), Kathleen (Brian) Ahern, Sandra (Jim) Mahney, Linda Murphy, Sheryl (Dan) DeSantis and the late Edward, Robert and Michael. Loving grandmother of 14 grandchildren: Meg, Kelley, Kyle, Erin, Brian, Matthew, Keara, Patrick, Jessica, Sean, Paul, Kerri, Michael and the late Christopher and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral service and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society ( www.lls.org ) and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital ( www.stjude.org ).
