On October 13, 2008, of Collingswood, NJ. Age 73 years.

Beloved wife of Manuel R. Zaldivar. Dear mother of Manuel Zaldivar, Carlos (Maryann) Zaldivar, Silvia (Jim) Hatzell and Elena (Jon) Paules. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Chelsea, Andrew, Matthew, Jimmy, Jack, Christina, Jane, Manny, Lucy, Mia and Grace and two brothers, Andres and Carlos Diaz.

Mrs. Zaldivar was a graduate of Gwynned-Mercy College and taught special education in the Philadelphia School District. She was affectionately known as "Abuela". Mrs. Zaldivar was also a member of the Legion of Mary, St. Rose of Lima Church, Haddon Heights.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thursday Evening 7 to 9 PM and Friday 10:30 to 11:30 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave. (at Lees Ave.), Collingswood, NJ 08108. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 12 Noon at the Church of St. Rose of Lima, 4th Ave. & Kings Highway, Haddon Heights, NJ. Interment private.
