Terry passed away at home in Cherry Hill, NJ surrounded by family and friends on May 23, 2022. Formerly of Collingswood, NJ, he was 73.
Terry was the devoted son to John and Henrietta Li, who owned Ling's Laundry at 600 Haddon Ave., Collingswood; a terrific brother to Carol Li and a loving companion to Marie Vollrath. He is also survived by his aunt, Elizabeth Young, many cousins and dear friends.
Terry lived his life with uncommon dedication to those he loved, always helpful, supportive, loyal, generous and kind.
He left surrounded by the love of family and so many friends.
Terry graduated from Collingwood High School Class of 1967. After graduation, he was a life long supporter of CHS Hall of Fame and attended many alumni events over the years. He was a known face around town from working at Kenmac Flowers for decades starting as a delivery person in high school and finishing his time there as the shop manager. Terry also graduated from Glassboro State College where he studied history. He was a valued member and longstanding board member of the Maple Shade Sportsmens' Club for 45 years where he met many people and fostered lifelong friendships.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Tuesday, May 31, 10 to 11 AM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM. Interment Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill, NJ.
