Of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away on January 5, 2021, surrounded by his beloved wife, Bonnie W. Henderson, to whom he was married for almost 59 years.  He was 80 years old.  Predeceased by his son, Brett A. Henderson, at age 19, and by a brother.  He is also survived by his sister Barbara Henderson, DVM of Maryland and many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews.

After serving his country honorably in the Army, he graduated from Temple University Business School and took further courses at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and Finance.  His education led to a career as a Vice-President for three Insurance and Banking companies in Philadelphia.  Upon retirement, he pursued his love of golfing by wintering in The Villages, Florida.  He made many lifelong friends through his world travel, golf and bowling.  He was a member of the Haddonfield United Methodist Church and Indian Springs Country Club where he was a groundskeeper.

A Life Celebration will be held in the Spring at Haddonfield United Methodist Church.  In lieu of flowers a donation in his name may be made to the charity of your choice or a memorial tree may be planted by clicking the link on this page.
