On September 4, 2010, of Atco, NJ, formerly of Collingswood, NJ and Upper Darby, PA. Age 95 years.


Beloved husband of Ruth L. Davis and the late Doris L. Davis. Dear father of Jane Davis, Candy (Jack) Penrod, Barbara Schultes, Bill Davis Jr., Bernard (Carol) Beals and Marjie (David) Hammond. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Bill was a 1933 graduate of Collingswood High School and inducted into the Collingswood Athletic Hall of Fame in 1995. He played varsity basketball at Duke University and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family Thursday, September 9, 10 to 11 AM at the First United Methodist Church, Park & Dayton Aves., Collingswood, NJ. Funeral service will follow at 11 AM. Interment Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA.
