(nee Makin) On July 13, 2020, of Brooklawn, NJ, formerly of Collingswood, NJ.  Age 88 years.

Beloved mother of Maurice "Mite" Schaub (Barbara), James Schaub (Lynne), Gerald "Jerry" Schaub, Steven Schaub, the late Jeffrey Schaub, Robyn McConville (William) and Lisa Dinella (Joseph).  Loving grandmother of Jessica Velez (Big Dan), Faith Schaub, Kathi Gordon (Erik), Cheri Schaub, Jonathan Burak (Nicole), Lauren Dinella (Jim), Emilee Dinella (David) and Kayla Schaub and great grandmother of Marissa, Daniel, Nicholas, Christian, Shenera, Andru, Jonathan "Jon Jon," Charlie, Devin, Ava, Olivia, RJay and Dominick.  She is also lovingly survived by her sister, Anna McClain (Richard) and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Geraldine (nee Hicks) Makin and siblings, Elmer, James, Betty, Doris and Shirley.

Ruth E. Schaub was born on February 14, 1932, known as "Nan" to all who knew her, she was a very caring and special person, loved by so many.  She was always seen and #1 Fan of her grandchildren's sports, sideline judge at times too.  Always a good listener, Ruth never judged anyone, allowed so many friends of her children to sleep on the couch, fed them, hugged them and mostly just loved every one of them.  She will be missed terribly, but we know she is at peace.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday 4 to 6 PM at the FOSTER-WARNE FUNERAL HOME, 820 Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ.  Memorial Service and interment will be private.
